I have been renting and selling property since 1976 when I took my first giant step and rented my personal residence in NJ while I moved to FL to test the waters. I got my Real Estate License for the first time in 1980 when I lived in Coral Springs, Florida. Unfortunately, a career opportunity for my spouse at the time moved us back up North. BRRR! I came back to Florida in 1990 (this time to TampaBay) as a Programmer Analyst. Someone had to work the Y2K! In 2002, I left programming and got my Real Estate License again.  This time the required information had quadrupled. Real Estate has become quite complex.  It is very important to have a good agent, one who is up to date on the new laws, rules, regulations and everything else that has changed dramatically over the years.

Real Estate has become very difficult these days with the awful state of the economy. I am not personally working in it but I can refer you to someone.  Mostly everyone in my office works beach property.  So what do I do with my time?  I enjoy exercising, visiting my 4 grandchildren in TX and my family in NJ and S Florida. I am also lucky enough to have a great guy in my life! How's that for luck!  Whoops, I almost forgot.  I also got my BROKER'S LICENSE on July 20, 2005!
